Are you an AAT Level 4 qualified accountant committed to your personal and professional development?
We’re looking for an Accounts Clerk to join our ambitious and forward thinking team, based in our recently refurbished offices in Chapeltown. You’ll be responsible for accounts preparation, business tax, personal tax, and payroll.
Our clients expect attention to detail and consistently excellent service, and we’ll make sure you have the support you need to deliver. We’re proud to hold the ACCA Platinum Award for Trainee Development, so whether your career plan includes becoming chartered or other routes to progression, we have the skills and experience to help you achieve your goals.
You will be well organised and able to stay calm and focused under pressure. Communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building the supportive and long term relationships with clients that we’re known for.

Assistant Accounts Clerk
We’re pleased to have partnered with Benchmark Recruitment to find the perfect candidate for this new and varied position. The post holder will work in a small team, focused on the handling of all internal financial matters.
We’re looking for someone reliable, trustworthy and ready to start a long-term career with us. The post holder will learn about all aspects of the business and will play a crucial role in the success and growth of Lishmans LLP.
Lishmans LLP has a proactive program for the engagement of accountancy apprenticeships. Training starts at the Associates of Accounting Technicians level, moving on to the Association of Charted Certified Accountants level for which we are an ACCA Approved Employer.
We’re proud to have supported numerous apprentices through the AAT and ACCA qualifications.
Applications are now closed for our September for 2019 intake, in conjunction with Barnsley College, however, we welcome applications from exceptional candidates throughout the year in conjunction with training providers who offer a rolling programme.
